New Client Form

Ri & Co Salon’s new client form is in place of an in-person consultation and allows us to assess your hair before you come in for your first appointment. First appointments can take anywhere from 3-6+ hours. Some color goals may take more than one appointment to achieve, unless you are wanting to book out an entire day to get to your desired look. We highly recommend you book an appointment on a day with no other time constraints so that you nor your stylist is rushed during the process.

All components listed below are necessary before booking with Ri & Co Salon. Once submitted, please allow at least up to 72 hours before contacting the salon to check on the status of your submission. We will reach out as soon as the submission has been reviewed, and at that time can answer any questions you may have. If the form is incorrectly filled out, then a response will not be sent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of what you’re down for with your credit card on file. A no-show results in a 100% charge for what you’re down for on your credit card. Hair extension guests cannot receive a non-refundable retainer back after paying.
